Reservations are made to plan for pet sitter availability and therefore Drool Pet Co. requires a reasonable amount of notice. In addition, all new clients a meet and greet will be arranged so we can meet yourself and your pets and go over all you and your pets needs. Please be mindful of holiday periods when booking, these are our busiest times and can get booked out quite quickly. Clients returning home early or departing later than the reservation will be required to pay in full the reservation amount of time, regardless of whether Client returned home early or departed later than the prior reservation schedule. No amount of money will be refunded to Client for early returns to home or late departures from home by Client after a reservation date has been agreed upon..
A week before your holiday Drool Pet Co. will send an invoice via email; confirmation of booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
If you need to cancel any of our services we require 24 hours notice, in advance or the full service fee will apply.
All reservations and services will be confirmed upon payment prior to service commencement.
All pets under our protective care are treated as an extension of the Drool Pet Co. family and are given the love and attention they would usually receive from their owners. However, if unforeseen events arise that keep clients away longer, we will take care of your pets until you arrive home.
20% surcharge on all Queensland public holidays. All deposits for these holidays are non-refundable. Drool Pet Co. is operational on all public holidays.
In the event of severe a cyclone, all reservations will be cancelled and emergency contacts provided by owner will be notified.
As a rule all pet sitting visits occur early morning or late afternoon in wet season to avoid the humidity. However, f it is still too hot to walk we will cancel for the day and make up for this on another day. In addition, all animals must have access to appropriate shade whilst owners are away.

In conclusion, no amount of money will be refunded to Client for early returns to home or late departures from home by Client after a reservation date has been agreed upon.
Please let Drool Pet Co. know of other people coming and going from the premises whilst owners are away. And in turn please let these people visiting the premises that Drool Pet Co. will be frequenting the property. Drool Pet Co. only accepts bookings for the full period of time clients are away e.g. we will not visit every second day even if a family member or neighbour will be feeding the pet.
If wanted Drool pet Co. loves taking and sending pictures to owners while they are on holiday or just at work. However, please notify us if you do not wish you pet’s photos to be used by us on our social media.
Client is responsible for pet proofing the yard and house, security fences/gates and latches. Drool Pet Co. will not be liable for the death, injury, disappearance or legal consequences of any pet(s) with unsupervised access to the outdoors. In addition, Drool Pet Co. will attempt to re secure the home according to client’s instructions at the end of each visit.
All dogs are walked on leash at all times. Drool Pet Co. does not partake in group walks. All dogs must be lead trained and adhere to basic commands. Above all pets must have up to date treatment for ticks and fleas, be registered with the local council, and all vaccinations up to date.
Drool Pet Co. will not be liable for any animal(s) that instigate fights with other animals or is injured by another animal while in Drool Pet Co.’s care. This includes, but is not limited to, medical attention to people, emergency or veterinary care (including acts of nature, encounters with wild animals, etc.) Or any
injury caused by Clients dog(s) toward property, animals and people while in the care of Drool Pet Co. Drool Pet Co. will take all appropriate actions to ensure that client’s animal(s) are not placed in the company of aggressive or violent animals and/or will immediately remove client’s animal(s) from any animal fight.
